We are seeking a dynamic and flexible **Facilities Manager **to oversee the delivery of services, ensuring that all contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, and the financial success of the contract is achieved. This role is critical in maintaining exceptional customer service, managing employees and subcontractors effectively, and ensuring that all Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental (OHS&E) standards are upheld.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the delivery of the Services Agreement, ensuring all contractual KPIs are met.
- Drive the financial success of the contract, achieving the yearly profit forecast.
- Promote customer advocacy by delivering exceptional service.
- Lead and communicate with employees and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all OHS&E policies and procedures are maintained by all stakeholders.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Proven experience in Facilities, Property, Project, and Financial Management.
- Strong background in large-scale maintenance management.
- Experience with collaborative contracting and relationship building.
- Extensive knowledge of legislative requirements for maintenance.
- Expertise in subcontractor procurement and management.
- Experience in environmental, energy, and OH&S management.
- Proficiency in CMMS, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Qualification or experience in Facilities Management.
