Our client is seeking a Commercial Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of B+ commercial properties in the Parramatta area, with a view to taking on additional responsibilities and oversight for additional properties in their portfolio across the Eastern Seaboard over time.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Conducting thorough building inspections, including identifying non-compliance or risk issues across the assets
- Special projects as agreed to that support the business requirements of the organization
- Assisting in the develop and implementation of planned preventative maintenance programs
- Overseeing maintenance of essential services to the buildings, including fire and emergency systems, lifts, generators, electrical, plumbing and entry systems
- Coordinating trades; obtaining quotes and arranging repairs; ensuing excellent service delivery
- Working closely and effectively with cleaning teams
- Carpark management
- Taking a thorough and committed approach to WHS, through safe working procedures and practices; reporting and documenting as required
- Working to guarantee exceptional quality of service to all stakeholders
- Liaison with; Tenants, Visitors, Trades, Couriers
- Ensuring the daily cleaner was performing their duties
- Advising/reporting back to head office if there were any issues with tenants, queries or concerns
- Manage operating expenditure, budgeting, produce and present monthly reporting and financial reporting
- Superior knowledge in Operational and Facilities Management, including a working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, not limited to essential fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural in commercial building environments
- Demonstrated experience managing contractors across various trades and services
- Financial management experience
- Management of service contractors and minor capital works contracts to ensure high levels of service performance
