**Purpose of the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Facilities Manager**to join our dedicated team based onsite at a major NSW government precinct in Parramatta. Reporting to the Account Manager, you will ensure the seamless delivery of facilities services, client satisfaction, and contract compliance.

This role requires someone collaborative, solutions-oriented, and capable of thriving in a close-knit team where adaptability and communication are key.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring compliance with service agreements and KPIs
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, invoicing, and expenditure tracking
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and vendors ensuring safety and quality
- Provide high-quality client service, maintaining strong working relationships
- Conduct reporting, inspections, and issue resolution to support continuous improvement

**Education, Experience & Skills**

**Essential**:

- 2+ years of Facilities Management experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Time management, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Comfortable with CMMS systems and MS Office suite

**Desirable**:

- Trade qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical or similar field
- Experience working in government or critical infrastructure environments

**Workplace Flexibility**

This is a full-time role based onsite in **Parramatta**. Flexible start and finish times within core business hours are available. The role includes **1:1 month**on-call rotation (for critical incidents only).
