**The Role**

As an Accounts Receivable / Credit Officer, you will have complete ownership over your duties. The primary focus of this role centres around Invoicing, Billing, Banking, and Reconciling duties, with less than 20% of your time dedicated to recoveries.

Excitingly, the business is at the initial stages of embarking on a transformation journey, and you will have the opportunity to play a supporting role in reshaping the Accounts Receivable function. The Finance Director recognizes various easily achievable improvements and is eager to support your efforts in implementing the recommendations you propose. Your contributions will be instrumental in streamlining and enhancing the AR processes within the company.

This particular business is based on site 5 days per week, 8am - 4:30pm.

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:

- Raising Invoices
- Re-invoicing for adjustments
- Allocation of payments
- Billing
- Credit checks
- Aged trial balance analysis
- Evaluate customers' ability to pay
- Negotiate payments
- Handle queries
- Reconciliations
- Assist in legal escalations.
- Process improvement
- Queries
