    Our Client

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Accounts Receivable/Credit Officer to join their team. This ongoing opportunity is a great role for a motivated individual seeking a diverse role and a new challenge, who is passionate in the Credit field and has a desire to cement strong relationships to facilitate company growth and success.

    About The Role

    Reporting to the CFO and working collaboratively among a close knit team, the role will include but not be limited to:
    • Daily account reconciliations
    • Timely collection of outstanding invoices and overdue accounts
    • Ensure all credit claims received are lodged and communicated accordingly
    • Process and allocate payments accurately within accounting systems.
    • Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
    • Resolve any payment discrepancies
    • Respond accordingly to queries from internal and external stakeholder
    • Other ad hoc duties to assist the broader team

    About You

    To be considered as a successful applicant for this business, you will have similar experience as an Accounts Receivable or Credit Officer. Your excellent communication skills allow you to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely payment collections. You are adept at reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and implementing solutions proactively. The ideal individual will have a reliable and positive attitude, a willingness to provide support in a team environment, and have a keen eye for detail.
