We're looking for a talented and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer you will be a vital part of our Finance team, for managing the complete accounts receivable cycle while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

Main responsibilities:

  • Process daily bank statements, allocating receipts and payments accurately and completing the bank reconciliation.
  • Raising and issuing a high volume of invoices in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Proactively follow up invoices and progress claims for payment, ensuring payment is received by due date.
  • Accurately maintain all accounts receivable records and reports.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to our internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review contract documentation for accuracy on final accounts.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle high volumes of transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable processes, including end to end bank reconciliation process and journals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, with a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with internal teams and customers
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude and a passion for learning and development

This role is based working from our Hawthorne office. It's a hybrid position - working 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.
