**The Opportunity**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Offer technical guidance and solve complex technical challenges
- Work alongside various teams to craft solutions that ensure integrated and uninterrupted functionality
- Maintain good professional stakeholder and vendor engagement
- Manage all production system changes and recommend ways to optimise performance and provide solution to problems
- Liaise with third parties including Suppliers & Vendors, External Consultants and External Auditors
- Identify opportunities to improve service and technologies offers, and work with project delivery to execute the improvement
- Manage the Application support team including conducting annual performance reviews and goal setting
- Manage vendor relationships including contracts, renewals, orders, invoices and approvals

**What is required**
- Tertiary qualification _(desirable)_
- Background knowledge in Corporate, Mining Operational Application and Cloud development
- Strong problem solving skills and experience in performing root cause analysis
- Strong capacity to build and work with teams and collaborate across functions to breakdown silos
- Engaging senior management team with strong business orientation to understand business needs and deliver value with high quality results
- Previous experience in building and managing IT Application Support roadmap
