Are you an experienced Business Application Administrator looking to join a high functioning Technology Team and work in a “for purpose” organisation?

An exciting opportunity, this business facing technical role will work closely with the business, vendors, and Avivo Product Owners to support our SaaS HR (Definitiv and Pulse) and Customer Management (Alayacare) systems and deliver a roadmap of improvements that support customer service and the colleague experience. (Application training will be provided.)

**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide technical guidance for the roadmap and improvement initiatives working with the business to advise on system solutions that deliver business outcomes
- Lead, manage and deliver rapid resolution of incidents, outages, and support requests
- Build strong business, technical and vendor relationships and guide and interpret business need into technical opportunities
- Manage release cycles across all environments, introducing change according to Avivo change practice guidelines
- Lead and deliver system improvements and initiatives that deliver business outcomes and change objectives
- Collaborate with and provide advice to Product Owners to plan and deliver the improvement roadmap

**You will need**:

- Ability to work within and contribute to the vision and values of Avivo
- Strong problem solving, analytical and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and cohesively within a team
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex technical scenarios into business language and engage across all levels
- Experience with HR and customer management solutions would be preferred but not essential
