IPA are happy to recruit for one of Australia's leading brands of Industrial, Construction and Farming equipment.

**About the role**:
Our client is looking for an **Experienced Sales Specialist** to help grow and increase their company sales.

The position will focus on supporting our client's range in Australia and will play an integral part in developing their Australian business, to ensure they deliver continued growth, whilst improving on farm productivity.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Demonstrate the product to prospective customers, to show how it can improve on-farm productivity and efficiency.
- Produce local training material to support the Agriculture dealer network and customer base.
- Achieve and exceed wholesale and retail sales budget for the Territory.
- Set individual dealer sales budgets and manage performance to budget
- Develop Dealer sales personnel product knowledge.
- Support product demonstrations and other sales activities within your territory.
- Report as required on sales budget, and strategic objectives.
- Represent the company at Field days, exhibitions and business forums in territory as required.
- Complete weekly summary report as directed in a timely manner.
- Attend and actively participate in scheduled meetings (virtual and in person)
- Assist and support both Parts and Technical Support strategies and activities within the Territory
- Support Livelink implementation strategies

**About you**:

- Proven sales record and experience in the materials handling or agricultural machinery industry.
- Demonstrate experience and understanding of the relationship between distributor and dealer
- Ability to develop, manage and maintain good relationships with Dealership and Company personnel at all levels.
- Current and ongoing knowledge of opposition product and market pricing
- Ability to implement specific sales strategies
- Ability to represent the company with customers professionally
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Follow and implement company policies and guidelines.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Demonstrate competency with Microsoft suite of programs: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
