Konecranes & Demag is seeking a driven Sales Specialist who thrives in customer-facing roles and understands industrial, mechanical, and electrical environments. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and delivering smart service solutions—this is your opportunity to join a global leader.
Based in Canning Vale and reporting to the Sales Manager - Service, you will be;
· Selling service solutions including repairs, retrofits, parts, and modernisations
· Scheduling regular client visits to maintain a strong sales pipeline
· Understanding customer operations and offering tailored, fit-for-purpose solutions
· Collaborating with service branches to ensure smooth handover and execution
· Maintaining accurate CRM records to track and achieve sales targets
You will have;
· Min. 2 years experienced in service sales, ideally within industrial, mechanical, or electrical sectors
· Be technically minded—you understand how equipment works
· Proven ability to work towards goals while actively engaging with customers
· Be a strong communicator and confident negotiator
· Be proficient with CRM systems and reporting tools
· Have a valid driver's licence and willing to travel within your territory
· An Engineering background with frontline selling experience to achieve set targets
