Large-scale Transformation Project

An opportunity as arisen for an experienced Change Manager to lead the Change Management, communications, engagement and training activities associated with a major transformative system implementation program.
Reporting to the Program Director, you will ideally have a strong background in corporate change initiatives working across large programs of work. With the ability to engage with stakeholders across the business, your accountabilities will include;
- Define and execute, innovative activities to embed change including culture and behavioural change such as immersive engagement events and workshops.
- Manage the development of strategic communication deliverables associated with change initiatives.
- Define and execute stakeholder management strategies, including stakeholder assessment and relationship management.
- Help grow the communications community through managing and delivering communications development activities.
- Successfully manage risks and issues, implementing mitigating activities as appropriate, and escalating where required.
- Lead a small team of Change Analysts and Training representatives responsible for training users on system changes and requirements
