Davidson Technology has partnered with an Australian Retailor who are seeking an experienced and results-driven Change Manager to design and implement change strategies for their Technology initiatives. As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring effective people adoption of change, including culture, roles, processes, controls, and technology. You will deliver end-to-end change, maximising user system adoption and usage, while minimising resistance for key technology priority projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement change management strategies to support user system change adoption on priority projects.
- Deliver end-to-end change, maximising user system adoption and usage, while minimising resistance for key technology priority projects.
- Monitor project key change delivery and report status to the relevant Steering Committee/s.
- Develop change communication strategies and implementation approach.
- Conduct change impact and learning needs analysis with delivery of training and other relevant initiatives to address identified needs.
- Update processes in line with the change.
- Ensure business change impacts are understood and effectively mitigated.
- Facilitate to meet change management deliverables.
- Manage all change deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management roles. FMCG industry experience preferred.
- Experience executing change management for Finance systems initiatives, particularly SAP ERP solution is desirable.
- Experience in design and delivery of practical and outcomes-focused approaches for large-scale Technology change. Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools to deliver impactful change plans.
- Successfully embedded cultural, technology, process, and new ways of working changes.
- Experience implementing SAP ERP specific - people, process, technology changes desirable.
- Ability to influence at senior levels but also to work operationally with the programs and wide business stakeholder network. Designed creative change interventions across wide range of audiences to engage people and for the change ‘to stick’.
- Strengths in advocating the use of project and change management disciplines across all stages of the project lifecycles.
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal with excellent active listening skills.
- Demonstrated experience in engaging and influencing with senior executives.
