**Your new role**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Change, Fund Services domain; the Change Manager is responsible for providing and delivering change management expertise in support of the Fund’s project portfolio. More specifically, you will be working closely with the Data Program Change Manager to support the delivery of Australian Super’s data transformation program.

The Change Manager will play a key role in facilitating and driving change transition, activities (ie change analysis, engagement, communications, learning, adoption tracking) for change initiatives ensuring that projects realise their expected benefits.

The Change Manager will also play a key role in ensuring that project delivery is aligned with, and reinforces, the Fund’s culture and values. For larger scale change initiatives, the Change Manager will drive a discrete project change plan supporting a Senior Change Manager in managing the delivery of a portfolio of change.

This role will involve liaising at all levels across the Fund to analyse and effectively develop, deliver, and embed change management solutions in line with the Fund’s business objectives. This role will also contribute to the continuous development of the Enterprise Change function, associated approaches, practices tools and a broader organisational change capability uplift.

Some key responsibilities but not limited to;
- Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the stakeholders being impacted by the change.
- Contribute to documentation and implementation of business processes to support change.
- Identify potential staff and other stakeholder risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to understand format.
- Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - i.e., communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan.
- Support the execution of plans by people leaders and business leaders.
- Coach senior leaders who are change sponsors.
- Identify post implementation adoption challenges and develop and implement corrective actions.
- Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plans.
- Identify people metrics and measurements to track and report on change adoption and mitigate risks relating to the project change initiative.
- Where required oversee (via a dotted line relationship) the activities of other project resources in the delivery of activities relating to change plan for which they are accountable. (i.e., Change analyst, Communications advisor, learning consultant).

**What you’ll need**
- Deep knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Significant change management experience (i.e., 3+ years)
- A deep understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience with business transformation, process re-engineering and/or system implementations
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation.
- Excellent active listening skills
- Problem solving skills.
- Strong analytic and decision-making skills
- Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
