
Ndis Participant Engagement Lead

Youth Options are looking for an efficient and organised and friendly individual experienced in NDIS and disability to work with our young people, families and stakeholders to assist them to access our NDIS services from initial enquiry, during services and throughout the transition process.
In this role, you would be responsible for:
- Responding to enquires regarding NDIS from young people, families and stakeholders
- Lead meetings with potential participants regarding our services
- Deliver a positive intake experience for participants, families, mentors and external stakeholders
- Monitor service agreements, budgets and invoice payments
- Ensure participant objectives are documented
- Contribute to the development of NDIS program delivery
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a sound understanding of person centered thinking
- Knowledge of a range of disabilities, neurodiversity, learning and chronic health disorders and mental health conditions.
- Ability to plan and develop flexible approaches to assist participants in achieving their NDIS goals.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively
- Strong IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office suite
- Willingness to work within prescribed systems and procedures
- Understanding of confidentiality and other relevant legislation and professional conduct.
