**About the Business**
The Office for the Prevention of Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence is a dedicated unit established to lead the whole-of government engagement with, and response to, the Royal Commission into Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence. This involves coordinating functions that include sector engagement and supporting lived-experience participation.

**Role Details**
The Engagement and Communications Lead is a role within the Office of the Chief Executive and Governance and is accountable to the Director, Office for the Prevention of Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence for:

- delivering timely, strategic and politically aware expert stakeholder engagement and communications advice to senior executives and program teams tailored to the needs of the Office for the Prevention of Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence and the Office for Women
- identifying, designing and overseeing strategic engagement opportunities to raise awareness of key initiatives, including forums, community events, stakeholder roundtables and potential promotion opportunities, ensuring high-level coordination, clear messaging and alignment with objectives
- developing and implementing strategic communication plans and engagement frameworks that support policy, advocacy and reform objectives, including leading the delivery of high-quality content for a range of communication platforms and working across Government to ensure an integrated approach to communications and engagement that supports collaboration, consistency and clear messaging
- leading the across-Government coordination of communication related to the response to the Royal Commission for the Prevention of Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence.

**Special Conditions**
National Police Check required.

**Role Status**:Term up to 30/06/2026.

**Salary Range**:$108,109-$116,864
