**About the role**:
The **National Community Engagement Manager** will contribute to the success of Maxima’s Disability services through leading a team of Community Engagement specialists situated around the country. Reporting to the General Manager Marketing and Sales, this role supports the Community Engagement specialists to develop and maintain local relationships which are valued by the community, are attractive to People Living with Disability (PLWD) and their health and support networks.

This role is a full-time permanent position and can be based at any of our offices across Australia.
- Responsibilities:_
- Establish and deliver an organisational services sales approach to engage local communities and disability support providers/networks to ensure customer pipelines into the organisation
- Meet with key stakeholders concerning current and emerging issues/barriers for PWLD engaging with services
- Meet or exceed budgeted Customer attraction and retention goals
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the Community Engagement Consultants (CEC’s) including
- Achieving individual customer targets
- Development and maintenance of sales targets
- Professional skill development
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results
- Ensure appropriate early intervention strategies with CEC’s to ensure goals are met
- Ongoing individual or group training of networking ability for other customer facing Maxima staff
- Staff leadership through day-to-day management, motivation, counselling, product knowledge and education
- Promoting and onsite activation of Maxima and individual business streams (Expos/Business Forums)

**About you**:
An inspiring and hands-on sales manager with the ability to lead teams to achieve outcomes, you will be self-starter with experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. Your ability to grow a division or business coupled with controlling budgets, resources and governance processes will see you succeed in this role.
- You will also have:_
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Current NDIS knowledge _(desirable)_
- Community organisation experience _(desirable)_
- Previous roles working with PLWD _(desirable)_
- National Criminal History Record Check (Police Clearance), NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check (or willing to undertake checking)
- Evidence of approved ATAGI COVID Vaccinations, or a valid exemption. as required from the relevant government health authority
- Current and unrestricted drivers licence
