**Description**

**About the role**
- To commit to a high quality of loan submission, with a strong emphasis on first time right
- Resolving member concerns as a first point of contact, and escalating where appropriate

**About you**
- An understanding of mortgage loan documentation, including income statements, tax returns, bank statements and property appraisals
- The ability to analyst financial document and identify discrepancies or red flags
- A strong attention to detail to ensure the accurate verification of loan information
- Excellent communication skills to be able to collaborate effectively with team members, managers and our members
- The ability to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines
- Strong organisational skills to manage a large volume of loan files and documentations.
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Tier II accreditation (or willingness to obtain
- An understanding of compliance and governance issues pertaining to the role (e.g. NCCP, Privacy Act, Trade Practices Act, Credit Risk Review compliance standards).
