**About the role**

We are seeking a Personal Lending Consultant to engage with members and prospective members, converting lending leads into funded loans while maintaining an active pipeline. This role focuses on delivering exceptional banking outcomes, achieving performance goals, and fostering member retention by identifying opportunities to add value.
- Manage member relationships by providing clear, timely communication and exceptional service throughout the lending process.
- Identify opportunities to create value for members, fostering retention through personalised solutions and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to resolve member inquiries, improve processes, and enhance the overall member experience.
- Continuously develop knowledge of RACQ lending products, systems, and processes to deliver accurate information and ensure compliance with credit guidelines.

Please note the rate of pay at commencement will be $32.57 /hour + super.

**About you**

You are a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills and a compliance-driven approach. You excel at building rapport with customers, resolving conflicts, and communicating effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within banking, finance, or a similar regulated industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on conflict resolution and building lasting relationships.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in both written and verbal communication, ensuring high-quality service and compliance.
