**The Role.**

As the Head of Digital you will lead and drive the success of our Digital team and portfolio of clients. Your key focus will be in driving strategic brand growth for the Digital clients through the development of creative content combined with critical analysis.

You will feel equally comfortable going over copy and creative content as analysing the performance data. You will love marrying these two components together with the Digital team to improve insights and drive growth for your clients.

Your key focus will be mentoring, supporting, and driving the digital team to craft unique user experiences for clients by using the latest digital technological trends. You will ensure all clients have best practice campaigns implemented and provide guidance on optimisation. With a thorough understanding of digital analytics this role shapes digital strategy and implementation. Overseeing the review of ROI, and the delivery of KPIs for clients.

As well as managing the team you will have a strong ability to seek out and secure new business and organic growth opportunities through pitching, developing strong client relationships and managing the revenue growth within the digital team to ensure targets are met.

You will naturally keep on top of new trends, insights and analytics and use this information to grow your client’s brands and exceed KPI’s. You are equally committed to driving our clients’ small budgets to big budgets, using your skills and experience to attain results and get the best out of the team.

You will have strong on-the-tools experience in the following areas: paid and organic social media management and strategy (including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube), eDM management and strategy, and website management and UX strategy. With paid search you will have experience in google ads, google shopping and managing small to medium size spends.

**About You.**

You have a passion for innovation and change, always staying on top of the newest digital marketing updates, trends and launches. You’re able to juggle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and leading by example.

You’ll bring:

- 10+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with practical knowledge of social media advertising, SEM, eDM and influencer marketing.
- Understanding of SEO, HTML / CSS, website development (WordPress, SquareSpace, Shopify) and content creation.
- Advanced knowledge of digital advertising policies and best practice.
- Ability to juggle team management and being on the tools with some accounts.
- Extensive experience building and optimising digital advertising campaigns to deliver strong ROI to clients.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to proactively identify and unlock new digital commercial opportunities
- The ability to lead a diversified team of creatives and data analytics.
- Be a positive mentor, to your team, lead by example and be the key Digital leader of iD
- Be up to date with all things digital and be able to deliver Digital training and guidance to ensure your wider team is skilled up on digital knowledge and key trends
- Strong analytical skills, with high Microsoft Excel skills including advanced formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, VLookup, etc.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting professional relationships.
- Experience in creating and executing tailored digital marketing strategies across various clients.
- Thrive on finding solutions that fit the clients’ needs and can easily communicate these to the client in a manner that they will understand
- Experience in new business development and signing on new clients.
- Proven stakeholder-facing and presentation skills.
