**The Opportunity**:
We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our team in this exciting role.
Working in a small, nimble and collaborative team, in a fast-paced retail-like setting, this role is responsible for strategy and execution across Jenny Craig's owned digital platforms to optimise acquisition, lead generation, user experience and conversion (online and ultimately into centre).
Reporting to the Marketing Director (AUNZ), this role is responsible for the following key areas:
- Working with Media Buying Agency to maximise digital advertising effectiveness in increasing traffic to website and app;
- Digital Transformation - Oceania lead for Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Responsive Web App launch and business integration;
- Roadmap and project manage digital initiatives/functionality to meet business/user requirements;
- Website/conversion rate optimisation. Working with Web Developers to continually improve customer experience across owned channels to maximise conversion and retention;
- Website/eCommerce management; User journey mapping, content management, product range management;
- Working closely with Content team to ensure key messages are integrated into digital ads and web platforms;
- SEO optimisation for continued improvement in google ranking;
- Troubleshoot day-to-day digital operations to ensure optimal user experience and data integrity;
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure digital channels are up to date and meet business requirements; and
- Report on daily, weekly and year-to-date digital channel results to continually monitor and optimise performance.
**About you**:
A self starter with a focus on delivering results, you're data driven and passionate about all things digital marketing. You also bring the following to the role:
- A Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing;
- 2-3+ years’ experience in a similar role;
- A natural collaborator, you have excellent interpersonal skills for communicating, negotiating and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. agencies);
- You will have strong eCommerce experience in managing online websites ideally within a retail / direct response environment;
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify and WordPress platforms;
- Excellent Project management skills that allow you to manage and deliver multiple projects to multiple deadlines;
- Highly analytical in your approach, using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to gather insights to enhance our website CX;
- Proven people management experience, including working closely with Web Developers;
- Proactive in your approach and committed to always putting the customer first;
- A curious mind with a knack for resolving tricky problems with a continuous improvement mentality; and
- A high degree of resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast moving and ever-changing environment.
