Job Overview

The
Social Media & Influencer Co-ordinator
plays a key role in bringing the ALLFENIX brand to life across our organic digital channels, with a strong focus on Meta, TikTok and Pinterest. Reporting to our Head of Brand Partnerships, this role blends creativity, content planning and channel execution to ensure ALL FENIX consistently shows up as Australia's number one Pilateswear brand, while building the foundations for our goal of becoming the world's number one Pilateswear brand.

From writing scroll-stopping captions and scheduling content, to briefing creators and nurturing influencer relationships, this person will be hands-on in making our social presence feel dynamic, polished and Pilates-led. They'll collaborate closely with the broader marketing and creative team (including our Graphic Designer) to organise our feed, contribute to campaign rollouts, and bring our brand community to the forefront through content featuring instructors, studios and real customers.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, socially fluent and deeply engaged with the influencer and creator landscape. They have a strong grasp of social media trends, experience managing digital content and community conversations, and a passion for building authentic relationships that strengthen our Pilates community and grow global brand visibility.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Own the day-to-day management of ALL FENIX's Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest accounts
  • Write compelling captions that reflect our Pilates-led tone of voice and align with brand goals as Australia's number one Pilateswear brand
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms using tools such as Meta Business Suite
  • Plan and organise the social media feed in collaboration with the Head of Partnerships & Content and Graphic Designer to ensure visual and strategic alignment

Community Management

  • Engage daily with our Pilates-loving community across platforms, liking, commenting and responding to DMs and story mentions in a timely, friendly and on-brand tone
  • Monitor and escalate customer or community feedback to relevant departments when required
  • Support and nurture relationships with influencers, instructors, studios and brand ambassadors, identifying areas of opportunity for growth and collaboration
  • Build a strong sense of loyalty across channels by championing user content, instructors and studios, and encouraging two-way conversations

Influencer & Creator Management

  • Act as the key contact for micro-influencers, nurturing relationships and supporting the affiliate program
  • Brief freelance content creators and micro-influencers to develop organic content that aligns with campaigns and brand direction
  • Review and edit content from influencers or creators as needed to ensure quality and brand consistency
  • Track influencer partnerships and deliverables, supporting campaign reporting and optimisation

Studio Outreach & Partnerships

  • Assist with outreach to Pilates studios and instructors to identify collaboration opportunities
  • Help coordinate studio partnerships in alignment with campaign and community initiatives
  • Support in maintaining a growing database of studios and instructors for future activations

Content Optimisation & Asset Management

  • Assist with video editing to optimise and support content repurposing from community shoots, community events and creator or micro-influencer content
  • Manage a well-organised Dropbox content library, ensuring assets are correctly labelled and easily accessible for internal use and future campaigns
  • Maintain oversight of what's live and upcoming, using clear systems to manage social content timelines
  • Regularly review performance metrics and community insights to inform future content planning

Collaboration & Campaign Support

  • Work closely with the Head of Partnerships & Content Strategy to align social activity with brand campaigns, activations and long-term Pilateswear positioning
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to ensure assets meet platform requirements and brand guidelines
  • Support in preparing social content calendars and contribute to creative brainstorms for product launches, campaigns and brand moments

Event Support

  • Assist the Head of Partnerships & Content in planning and executing community and influencer events
  • Handle event-related admin such as product orders, guest list coordination and communications
  • Attend and support at events, capturing BTS content, liaising with influencers and community members, and ensuring brand presence is represented with energy and professionalism
  • Provide live social coverage during events and prepare content wrap-ups for internal and external use

Reporting

  • Track and report on key social media performance metrics (growth, reach, impressions, engagement) with a focus on Instagram as the lead channel
  • Report on community management effectiveness, including response times and sentiment trends
  • Share regular updates on influencer and creator partnerships, including content delivery, performance and ROI
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the Head of Partnerships & Content Strategy to inform ongoing optimisation and campaign planning

Skills & Requirements
Experience & Background

  • 3+ years experience in a social media, content, marketing or community coordinator role (agency or brand side)
  • Proven experience managing social content calendars and publishing across Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest
  • Comfortable attending branded events and building stakeholder relationships
  • Experience creating or briefing short-form content, including editing and posting across platforms

Creative & Communication Skills

  • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging, on-brand captions and community replies
  • Confident communicator who can embody the brand tone of voice across channels
  • A strong eye for visual consistency, layout and aesthetics, with experience working alongside graphic designers or content teams
  • Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite skills for basic content editing and asset creation
  • Passion for content creation, digital storytelling and staying across social trends

Organisation & Administration

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple content timelines and digital assets (Dropbox experience ideal)
  • Detail-oriented when it comes to naming files, organising content and supporting campaign execution
  • Able to support event logistics and admin, including ordering product, managing checklists and on-site support

Social & Community Fluency

  • Up-to-date with Instagram and TikTok trends, algorithm insights and what performs best on each channel
  • Deep understanding of what resonates with health-conscious, Pilates-loving women aged 18 to 55
  • Genuinely enjoys engaging with followers, talent, instructors and creators to build authentic connections

Team Fit & Culture
