Our customer service officers are passionate about creating awesome experiences and building strong relationships within the community at our Hawkesbury location.
About the role Working a flexible roster across 7 days Customer Service Officers act as the first point of contact for our customers.
The role will give you the opportunity to build strong customer experiences and lasting relationships with our members and guests.
**About you**
You are self-motivated and have a passion for customer satisfaction. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving. Your superior customer service and admin skills along with your ability to build rapport with people will see you excel in this role
You will also come with the following

Our Recreation Team is a close-knit community of energetic people-people, with a passion for staying active and helping others. From our Duty Managers and Customer Service Officers, to our Instructors and Coordinators, the team are responsible for transforming our 18 Recreation Centres into warm, inclusive and safe spaces - providing access to health, fitness and recreation opportunities for those who need it most.
