Customer Service Officer

Work for a global leader in English language testing for healthcare professionals. Seeking a customer service officer to deliver exceptional, professional and high-quality customer experiences to all customers.

**Your new role**
- Deliver high-quality and professional customer service at all points of contact to stakeholders, and members of the public.
- Providing feedback to management on improvement of customer service policies, procedures and SLA’s.
- Identify areas in policies, procedures and processes that need improvement and make recommendations based on these.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, confident creating pivot tables, macros and data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and superior customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously when required.
- Previous experience working in Customer Service Officer role.
- Experience handling difficult situations, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
