Position Overview:

This role reports directly to the Customer Service Manager, offering a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism, redirecting as necessary.

- Process sales orders, manage customer queries, and provide administrative support.

- Support sales efforts, including generating quotations and managing customer accounts.

Knowledge

- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

- Understanding of customer service principles and practices.

- Familiarity with Italian food products is a plus.

Skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Excellent time management, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in Excel and Word for data processing and administrative tasks.
