Transurban’s office is based on Melbourne’s iconic Collins Street, with offices in Sydney & Brisbane - as well as global office based in the US & Canada.

The role**:Customer Service Officer**
As a **Customer Service Officer,** you'll interact with customers to provide and process information in relation to account inquiries, concerns, or general product/service questions. Sitting in the Customer Care function, you'll form part of a team of Customer Service Officers who provide specialist support to everyday road users.

**Day to day**
- Build strong relationships, utilising your strong communication skills
- Respond to external and internal customer enquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Identify escalations to be forwarded to other teams and/or managers
- Effectively liaise with other team members, customers and members of other groups in the pursuit of high-quality service provision

**Skills & Qualities**
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Strong PC based skills, Salesforce would be a bonus
- Ability to see tasks through to completion with mínimal supervision
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Proactive and solutions focused, one to put ideas forward
