Overview
ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company), is currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our tight-knit team, where you will be working closely with sales and operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You/'ll become part of a successful team at our Thomastown branch, where your responsibilities will include achieving KPIs and fostering a safety-first culture. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing customer service/sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Maintain stock levels
- Processing cash sales, quotes, and orders
- Receipt of stock and checking invoices
- Maximising sales opportunities
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
- Experience in a similar customer service/sales and administration role
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- The ability to build relationships with a diverse range of clients and establish strong rapport
- A can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop your skillset
- Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded
- Team player and can multi-task well
- A high level of communication skills and the ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders
