To do this, the HR Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Managing talent acquisitions, recruitment and onboarding processes including assessing staffing needs, hiring and inductions.
- Promoting an efficient, engaged and positive workplace culture
- Organising performance reviews and advising senior leadership on outcomes, trends and staff performance.
- Coordinating training for all staff
- Assisting with the implementation of the firm’s learning and development strategy
