FinXL is seeking a skilled and motivated SAP Architect (HR Cloud Solution) to join our clients in Canberra. In this contract role, You'll work closely with various teams, including subject matter experts and leadership, to help our clients design, implement, and improve a new application environment. Your work will directly enhance how applications support business operations.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience evaluating enterprise HR cloud solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading the transition of core ERP HR functions to cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP ECC6 HR and Payroll modules, particularly in high-volume payroll environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a track record of coordinating cross-functional teams.

Desirable:

  • Experience evaluating specific enterprise HR cloud solutions like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM Cloud
