The Role

As our Digital Marketing and CRM Specialist, you'll be the creative force behind our digital brand, developing impactful campaigns, captivating content, and a seamless client journey. You'll bring our brand story to life across platforms, while using data to enhance and fine-tune your creative strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Creation & Storytelling: Craft unique, high-impact campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
  • Content Development: Design captivating visuals, videos, and posts that highlight our brand's value and engage clients on a personal level.
  • Client Journey & Flow Design: Shape a memorable client journey, optimizing each touchpoint to build trust, nurture relationships, and inspire action.
  • Email Marketing with a Creative Edge: Develop and send targeted, visually engaging email campaigns using segmentation and A/B testing to enhance resonance with audiences.
  • Brand Voice and Digital Identity: Collaborate closely with the team to refine and consistently express our brand voice across all digital channels.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell Strategy: Drive conversions by crafting content that naturally highlights upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Insightful Reporting: Leverage insights to guide strategy adjustments, using data as a tool to support creative growth and refine engagement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Creative Visionary: Strong background in designing visually appealing, client-focused content that tells a story and drives action.
  • Digital Marketing Experience: Proven track record of designing and managing creative campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Content Creation Mastery: Skilled in creating engaging visuals, videos, and posts; proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
  • CRM Savvy: Experience with CRM management, ideally with Pipedrive, to enhance and automate creative client touchpoints.
  • Alternative CRM Experience: Candidates with HubSpot or any major CRM platform experience will also be considered.
  • Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with campaign analytics and reporting to support and refine creative strategies.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with SEO, event planning, and social media engagement is a plus.
  • Work Authorisation: Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
