**THE ROLE**

Working collaboratively with the rest of the Marketing department, you will be responsible for capturing and curating the digital content required for our various outlets and social medial channels. You will assist the Marketing team in increasing online engagement, visitations and overall brand awareness.

This role is a full-time position, however your work days & schedule may vary depending on the needs of the business at the time.

**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with the Marketing team to generate online marketing and communications material including social media posts, website content updates such as the creation of blog posts and landing pages.
- Liaise with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to deliver on digital and social media strategies in order to achieve desired business goals.
- Target various market segments for lead generation across different brands.
- Review online feedback and respond accordingly to assist in developing a positive perception and experience for patrons and members.
- Liaise with the various teams and department within the organisation to analyse content creation opportunities.
- Liaise with the Football Media Coordinator to determine social content required for upcoming announcements such as media releases and celebration pieces.
- Manage communities located in social networking sites.
- Photograph food, events, patrons, members, and the general club to utilise within media relaease promoting the brand.
- Engage with our customers online by sourcing, planning and scheduling content across multiple platforms.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role developing social media content and online communications
- In depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business and Trip Advisor platforms.
- Highly efficient with Microsoft Suite, WordPress and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Understanding and strong interest in photography and videography
- High attention to detail
- Exception written and verbal communication skills
