About the position…

Under the guidance of the Digital Marketing and Marketing and Communications Managers, you will ensure that the administrative and customer service activities required for the various programs are carried out in an accurate and timely basis along with successfully completing a traineeship in Marketing.

So, what does an everyday look like?

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team;
• Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external clients;
• Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner;
• Supporting the team in the delivery of email communications;
• Coordination of photography and videography shoots and interview schedules;
• Assistance with events logistics and coordination;
• Support the team by liaising with suppliers for quotes, timelines and deliveries
• Assist with creating basic assets in Canva, following brand guidelines
• Support the collection and organisation of media permissions as required
• Help keep marketing calendars, trackers and contact lists up to date
• Assist with capturing content at occasional offsite events or photoshoots as required

A bit about you…

• Recent university graduate looking to get experience in the marketing world
• Flexible with hours depending on social media requirements
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms
• Self-motivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business operations
• Excellent communication skills and an approachable demeanour
