Proudly South Australian owned; Aliview Group began manufacturing windows and doors in 1993.
Starting out as a small facility in Dry Creek with less than 10 employees, Aliview has now grown to employ over 100 staff.
Whilst our reputation as an expert Aluminium window manufacturer remains, we now boast a diverse range of products including shower screens, wardrobes & splash-backs, including our leading commercial look Boutique Platform Series and some of the best products on the market for energy efficiency.
**Job purpose**
This is a 2IC position and will report to the Stores Manager.
To Ensure manufacturing plant and store are stocked to correct levels on daily basis
Purchase and control usage of all consumable items
Receive and accurately enter all data and usage into WMS
Manage store team and area with high level of discipline
**Job Duties**
Using Kanban and shopping lists provide all areas with inventory required for daily work
Accept all deliveries by hand or forklift including unloading of shipping containers
Accurately mark off all deliveries to order and chase with suppliers for backorders or discrepancies
Enter all deliveries and usage into WMS
Order all consumable items on an as need basis
Restrict access of all stock holding areas to store team only
Complete cycle counts and Kanban audits as required
Keep store and yard areas in neat and organised condition at all times
Conduct Bi-annual stocktake of store area and assist with data collation
**Reporting to Stores Manager, other tasks involve**
Daily stockout reports
Weekly Cycle count report
Weekly Kanban audit report

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
