We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented **Freight Solutions Officer**to join our Freight Investigations Team at our Dry Creek Depot in Adelaide.

**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Respond to customer queries and handle escalations with professionalism
- Investigate freight issues on the floor and within the depot
- Conduct inspections and repack freight to meet customer needs
- Manage admin related to damaged, repacked, and unidentified freight
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams
- Deliver real-time solutions and contribute to continuous improvement
