We provide services to all aspects of the HVAC&R industry, but mainly specialise in process plant manufacturing, system upgrades, design and construct projects, ongoing maintenance and repairs, along with asset management.

We are currently in seek of an employee/employees for a full time position in our Service Coordinator role.

**Responsibilities and duty of the role**:

- Assisting with business Development & networking
- Liaising with Project/Service managers regarding scheduling of projects
- Coordinating a schedule for technical staff and continuous communication when changes are made
- Coordinating with staff regarding licensing, inductions and legislative requirements
- Monitoring, reviewing and implementation of processes attributing to ISO certifications**Skills & Qualifications required**:

- A professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- A dedication to customer service and support
- Sound computer skills, organisational abilities and an eye for detail
- Able to lead staff in safe work practices
- The ability to work in a team and maintain good time management skills whilst showing a high standard of initiative
- A positive nature and keen desire to excel in all aspects of the role
