**About the Role**

You will manage and coordinate the training activity life cycle for our 9101 Defence Program, including support to training needs analyses, training design and solution implementation. In addition, the Training Systems Program Coordinator will provide training support services to our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to ensure that nationally accredited training activities are aligned with Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities will also include:

- Assist with the development of proposals to the Commonwealth for training support activities;
- Coordinate and manage subcontractor activities to ensure performance requirements, schedules and contract deliverables are accurately tracked, invoiced and reported;
- Coordinate the requirements for the delivery of training courses for the Commonwealth
- Support the Training Designer (TD) with adaptation of learning management packages, training plans and curricula for the training program/s, with the development of courseware and materials;
- Coordinate the allocation of instructional resources and personnel to training activities in order to meet the respective training delivery schedules
- Contribute to the design, administration and control of Babcock’s Learning Management System (LMS) in order to successfully administer student training records and eLearning content for the Commonwealth.
- Maintain systems, procedures and work practices in line with Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Compliance requirements
- Maintain the integrity of student records and course delivery database utilising the RTOData Student Management System
- Provide ASQA with information as requested and in accordance with Babcock’s RTO Policy and Student Handbook
- Maintain AVETMISS compliant student records and submit annual AVETMISS reports;
- Support internal and ASQA audits as required;
- Assist in the design, delivery and facilitation of internal HSEQ training including development and maintenance of training plans and other training materials so that participants learning outcomes are achieve.
- Develop and maintain training reports in Success Factors to assist in the management of training compliance reports and data

**About you**

You will have excellent communication skills and ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders, be capable to work in and contribute to a high performance team.
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE 40116 or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years Training Administration Experience
- Must have experience in using Student Management System/s and/ or Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS)
- Must have experience in working within an RTO in a similar role

Lastly you will have knowledge of the Vocational Education and Training Quality Framework (VQF) to ensure training governance is conducted according to the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) requirements (where applicable).
