Service Coordinator

About the Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless scheduling and coordination of field technicians. You'll be the go-to person for clients and technicians alike, managing workflows, prioritising tasks, and helping maintain the high standards the business is known for.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service works for HVAC, electrical, and security technicians
- Manage daily job allocation, dispatch, and technician support
- Liaise with clients to confirm bookings and provide updates on job progress
- Use SimPRO or similar service software to manage workflow, reporting, and job status
- Support the team in achieving KPIs and deadlines
- Assist with procurement, invoicing, and general administration as needed
About You:
- Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler, or Administrator role within HVAC, electrical, or similar trades
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with experience using job management software (e.g., SimPRO)
- A problem-solver with a can-do attitude and customer service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep calm under pressure
