**About the company**
**Your role**
IDOM Innovations is looking for an Accounts and Administration Officer to join our growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, allocating customer payments, and doing the receipt, allocation, and reconciliation with debtors. Additionally, you will monitor customer accounts and will follow up with them checking that invoices are issued properly. Finally, you will oversee all the administration tasks such as managing office supplies stock, placing orders, and maintaining office services as required (Cleaners, maintenance, etc). This role will suit an applicant who is looking to work in a very energetic, enthusiastic, and fast-growing team with a shared goal of achieving organisational targets.
**What we expect from you?**
- Energy, enthusiasm, and proactivity (Key to be successful in this role).
- 1-2 years’ experience in accounting/admin positions.
- Knowledge of Xero
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Updated police check.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
