**About the Position**

Reporting to the Manager Corporate Settlements this position will provide back-office settlement support to internal teams.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ensure payments and receivables are made in an accurate and timely manner.
- Liaise internally to conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations.
- Issue out-turn statements & invoices.
- Prepare EFT bank payments and finalise metal account credits for date received.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required by Manager Bullion Services.
- Perform ongoing due diligence on client documentation for AML purposes.
- Respond to customer queries regarding deposits and metals accounts.

**About You**

If you have demonstrated previous experience in banking or finance, it would be an advantage.
