An Office/Sales Coordinator job in Perth paying $60k + super for a growing Real Estate company.

My client is a well-known Real Estate company situated in the South of the River who is seeking their next Office/Sales Coordinator professional. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to build on their skill set and work within a fast-growing business.
**Your new role**
As the office/sales coordinator, you will be responsible for the efficient management of the office reception and act as the liaison between company, staff, and office building management. You will also assist and support the Sales Executives and Director with administrative tasks as required. These duties include but are not limited too;
Processing new sales listings and contracts
Liaising with vendors and settlement agents
Onboarding/off-boarding employees with administrative access/accessibility
**What you'll need to succeed**
Your strong time-management skills and previous experience will lead you to your success, as will;
Completed Sales Registration and/or Property Management Registration
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to changing situations
