RAC Finance (RACF) specialise in market leading finance products and services ranging from personal finance, secured notes and property finance loans. As a credit support officer, you will play a role in the preparation and settlement of property finance transactions.
What will you be doing?
In this role you will be responsible for the administration of property loan facilities. You will assist with the preparation of credit submissions, facility term extension memos and annual reviews, alongside the general administration support required by the team. Duties include:
Administer property loan facilities and maintain audit-compliant records.- Prepare and check legal documents for accuracy before issuing to clients.- Conduct credit searches via Equifax, ASIC, and Landgate.- Manage broker accreditations and renewals, including AML/CTF obligations.- Complete mortgage discharge procedures and settlements.- Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with property reporting and internal audits monthly.-
- Prepare property finance letters of offer, submissions, and reviews.- Issue valuation instructions and manage the panel valuer register.- Conduct property site inspections for progress payments.- Provide relief and perform additional duties as needed.
What are we looking for in you?Previous administration experience in an office environment.- Experience in the property finance industry, with banking and/or mortgage lending is desirable however not essential.- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to compliance regulations.- Excellent organisational and time management skills- Experience in managing loan accounts and reconciliation processes.
