**ABOUT THE POSITION**

Reporting to the Manager Corporate Settlements, you will provide financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations for the company.

**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Accounts receivable processing for the organisation, as required, in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Undertake accounts receivable functions, such as receipting funds in a timely manner for dispatch of customer orders
- Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data
- Prepare and process customer refunds in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage Credit Card, PayPal and deposit bank accounts
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger, including Customer Accounts to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Respond to internal and external customer queries regarding deposits and refunds
