**About the Role**:
You will support the effective negotiation and development and delivery of the native title and commercial agreements with Traditional Owners. Preferably located in Adelaide you will work collaboratively with members of the ODA, Oak Dam and project agreements negotiation teams, steering committee and others within the business to ensure the successful execution and development of Native title and project agreements with Traditional Owner Groups.

You will also be responsible for providing high level project management and oversight of agreement negotiation activities, including:

- Manage and oversee high level schedules, risks and associated BOS tools to ensure compliance to plan and reporting requirements to ODLT and BHP executive teams
- Management of report boards and data dashboards to ensure management is aware of early gaps and issues in the agreement making process
- Research and data analysis when required.
- Develop option and research papers based on specific requirements of the agreement making process for the Board and Executive groups
- Develop high level correspondence both internally and externally
- Communication strategy, message development and communications implementation
- Issues management when required

**About You**:
You’ll be working closely with a fantastic team of passionate professionals where you will get a chance to utilise your research skills and enhance your learning about Indigenous Agreements and First Nations perspectives. Agreement making has a high level of transparency and commitment across BHP and is a key focus area for the Olympic Dam Asset. You bring tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Legal, Policy, Business, economic development or commercial background with advanced qualifications in one these areas. You thrive in a role where you prepare Board Papers, get involved with Policy and Strategy and manage the delivery of key outcomes.
If working collaboratively with members of the ODA, Oak Dam and Project agreement negotiation teams, steering committee and others within the business to ensure the successful execution and development of Native title and project agreements with Traditional Owner Groups this role is for you.
