**Our Opportunity**
Veris have a Principal Planner opportunity available within our Consulting & Advisory team in Brisbane. We require expertise in providing broad planning professional services across multiple industry sectors.

This is a growth opportunity as Veris continue to build out our consulting and advisory services across Australia.

The primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

- Undertaking site analysis and research
- Preparing fee proposals and initial town planning advice
- Managing small to large development and infrastructure projects from project inception through the full scope of client engagement
- Management of projects in terms of maintaining efficiencies, timelines, budgets, and specialist consultants
- Liaising with clients, consultants and assessing officers
- Managing staff, including delegating tasks and projects, reviewing work performed
- Ensuring the assigned scope is planned, scheduled, and delivered
- A business development drive

**About You**
- Expertise in providing broad planning professional services across multiple industry sectors.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a consulting/advisory role.
- Strong digital, spatial and innovation mindset and able to demonstrate and prioritise the use of spatial and digital data and insights to add value to planning and management.
- Experienced in and required to operate independently, lead projects, interface with clients, deliver excellence, help procure and develop emerging professionals.
