**About the Opportunity**

We are looking for a Delivery Lead with a passion for mobile games to work within our Gamification Squad to define and deliver games and gamification components that engage and reward our customers and help us achieve our business objectives.

You must be a highly motivated, collaborative individual with a results-oriented mindset who has demonstrable experience building great, interactive digital experiences that delight customers. You have a start-up mindset and know how to deliver value quickly within the large enterprise environment.
- Work with multidisciplinary team members to design, iterate and execute gameplay mechanics, metagame systems and gamification features.
- Assist the Product Manager with prioritisation of the squad backlog to maximise value delivered.
- Work closely with the squad to identify and manage dependencies and impediments.
- Manage the delivery of each iteration and coordinate with the necessary stakeholders to release the squad’s work into the hands of the customer.
- Maintain the ongoing health of the squad by promoting collaboration and inclusiveness, ensuring they are delivering at a sustainable pace

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- 5+ years of Delivery Lead experience or adjacent gaming experience.
- Extensive knowledge of both Agile and traditional Project Management methodologies and the ability to guide and coach others
- Demonstrated ability in delivering agile initiatives and setting up high-performing cross functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, with a strong ability to influence
- Strong verbal communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in managing complex dependencies and releases
- Strong ability to plan and prioritise work and driven to deliver value quickly and to high standards
- General understanding of the mobile games market and common game mechanics
