The** Infrastructure Delivery Lead** is responsible for the daily execution and delivery of infrastructure engineering tasks, working with project managers, engineering teams, and partners to ensure tasks are completed on time and to required quality standards. The lead will oversee technical implementation, manage resources, track progress, and escalate any roadblocks.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

- Manage the day-to-day execution of assigned infrastructure tasks, ensuring alignment with project plans, timelines, and scopes
- Coordinate daily activities of engineering teams and partners, assigning responsibilities and ensuring clear lines of communication.
- Monitor daily task progress, address roadblocks, and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to standards, provide technical guidance, and resolve daily technical issues.
- Manage daily allocation and utilization of resources to support effective task execution.
- Implement and oversee daily quality checks and testing of completed tasks.
- Maintain daily records of tasks, roadblocks, contributing to real time engineering status reporting.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Contribute to technical engineering documentation

**Qualifications**:
Now let’s talk about you:

- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure implementation and delivery.
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day project activities and deliver results.
- Experience leading engineering teams on large and complex infrastructure in either corporate office, retail, data center or cloud projects
- Experience in leading engineering teams technical project delivery in infrastructure and networking
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities**.**

**Desirable**
- Relevant certifications in systems and security.
- Information Technology Bachelor or Higher
- Agile experience
- Atlassian Software experience
