The **Transformation & Delivery Lead **will enable the delivery of the Endeavour GO (Group Optimisation) portfolio, partnering with business leaders and cross functional teams to provide leadership and coaching for the successful identification of opportunities, delivery and governance of the portfolio.

You'll support in the development of the Endeavour GO strategic plan aligned to enable the transformation of our retail brands, hotels and supporting functions and provide thought leadership, including structuring problems and defining the plans of action to solve them.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

- Delivery and maintenance of the governance, planning and reporting framework encompassing Endeavour GO across Retail, Hotels and Group Services.
- Provide guidance and coaching to business partners on how to identify, deliver and monitor opportunities using best in class practices.
- Partnering with Stream and Initiative owners, monitor the health of streams of work and key initiatives; proactively engaging in initiatives to raise and support major risks.
- Support the delivery of Endeavour GO Trimester and Annual planning cycles; leading ideation sessions with key business owners, ensuring financials are appropriately forecasted with the support of the finance teams; address areas of opportunity that require attention.
- Partner with Business Owner and Finance partners to ensure financial targets and deliverables are aligned within relevant P&Ls. Maintain and deliver to the portfolio budgets in both financial spend and business return on investment to ensure each project and entire portfolio.
- Lead and undertake studies into areas with Endeavour GO’s scope to identify opportunities to be either be delivered by Direct team or partner with business leads to complete.
- Structure and execute strategic initiatives targeting EBIT increase by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analysis, and developing final recommendations.
- Be an important source of intellectual insight on the Business Transformation journey.
- Be a change agent who supports and mentors the business through the transformation journey.

**Qualifications**
Now let’s talk about you:

- Experience in Management consulting or a transformation environment would be highly desirable.
- Tertiary qualification in a relative field.
- Experience in Agile working desirable.
- Exceptional business partnering and communication skills.
- Proven track record in driving strategic and operational changes.
- Experience in the translation of strategy to investment cases and operational plans; including balance of scope, cost and benefits trade-offs.
- Knowledge of program management and retail operations.
- Experience with working in a Matrix structure with supporting delivery methods
- Acute business acumen and understanding of commercial fundamentals - particularly across business units and functions.
- Experienced team leader with the ability to drive projects and team members to success. Excellent analytical and conceptual problem solving.
