Cartology is the Woolworths Group’s new stand-alone retail media business. Customer behaviour is changing. **What you'll do**
- In the Delivery Lead position, you will be responsible for delivering complex projects across multiple teams. This role will see you collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of data and technology solutions.
- leads, developers, and quality assurance teams, to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.In addition, you will create and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, ensuring that team members understand their roles and responsibilities. You will also, facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team, promoting transparency, trust, and continuous improvement, as well as provide coaching and mentoring, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Identifying and managing project risks and dependencies, proactively addressing issues and obstacles to maintain project momentum.
- Conducting regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Driving a customer-centric approach, ensuring that delivered solutions meet the needs and expectations of stakeholders and end-users.Contributing to the evolution of Ways of Working by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
