**About the role

Provide the efficient management and governance, storage and accurate collection, collation, utilisation and monitoring of data, including undertaking quality assurance and improvement activities within the Service, in collaboration with the Service Manager and in accordance with the BreastScreen Australia (BSA) National Accreditation Standards, the BSA Data Dictionary and the BSQ Quality Standards, Protocols and Procedures Manual.

About you

Maintain the accurate collection, collation, utilisation, storage, retrieval and monitoring of confidential data, including performing complex data entry relating to the screening and assessment pathways, biopsy and surgical records and performing authorised data changes in line with approved polices and protocols.
Generate regular reporting requirements to support quality assurance monitoring and analysis, strategic projects/plans, service operations and performance, quality improvement activities, business cases, screening targets and research opportunities.
Investigate and resolve incorrect data entries and data/system related problems using approved methodologies.
Perform other duties as requested by the Service Manager and Medical Director.
