The Face-to-Face Property Implementation Branch forms part of Face-to-Face Transformation Division and has responsibility for transforming the Agency’s face-to-face network of service centres.

The Director in the Service Centre Capital Works team oversees agency’s face to face property capital works program. They provide high-level expertise, strategic direction and advice to stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective management. They identify and drive innovation, manage and lead change and have an active role in contributing to and implementing the agency's strategic direction.

They are responsible for optimising the effectiveness of their work section to provide high quality coordination functions across the agency. The Director in the Service Centre Capital Works team plays a significant role in ensuring staff in their area deliver outcomes which consistently meet government and the agency’s expectations whilst providing leadership, support and development for staff in their roles**.**

**Essential requirements**:
Security Clearance level required: Baseline (or ability to obtain and maintain).

**Work environment**:
The Face to Face Property Implementation Branch has responsibility for setting and managing the operational direction and priorities for the implementation of future property and co-location partner activities for Services Australia.

**Salary**: $123,292.00 - $146,620.00 per year
