Qualifications & Position Requirements- Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within early childhood
- In-depth understanding of the NQF, EYLF V2.0, and National Law & Regulations
- NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)

- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure high standards of care, education, and compliance
- Act as the Nominated Supervisor, upholding all legislative responsibilities
- Mentor and support educators in planning and delivering engaging programs aligned with EYLF V2.0 and NQF
- Manage enrolments, waitlists, and occupancy goals
- Manage family communications and ensure open, professional, and responsive engagement at all times
- Manage centre accounts including family invoicing, fee payments, and following up on outstanding debts
- Maintain and develop the QIP and ensure A&R readiness
- Handle staff management including rostering, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Build and sustain a culture of inclusion, growth, and respect
- Support a safe, joyful, and high-performing workplace
- Represent and uphold the values, policies, practices and philosophy of Karimbla ELC
- Oversee centre maintenance and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming physical environment
